Henigan Consulting Group and 5plus have been appointed by NHS Property Services to assist with their Smarter Working Programme.
The commission includes both the cultural change and implementation of its Smarter Working Policy, alongside a review of all of their nationwide hub locations with a view to providing the right variety of activity based works settings.
NHS Property Services is a property owner and manager, advisor and service provider to the NHS, helping to shape its estate for the future. As a government-owned company they have one goal: to ensure the NHS makes the right property choices to enable excellent patient care.
As part of the Smarter Working Programme we are reviewing each of their hub locations nationally with a view to implementing new Activity Based work settings. This process will help NHS PS to determine the extent of refurbishment required across the portfolio.
Kate Richardson, Head of the National Office Programme at NHS Property Services, said
“We are now looking ahead to the new horizon of smarter working, and are working hard to prepare the property, technological and cultural changes needed. As we begin to implement our new smarter working policy we are learning all the time, and are pleased to be working with Henigan Consulting Group & 5plus to support genuine cultural change, and reimagining our office spaces to support new ways of working. I’m excited to see how this partnership will help make a significant long-term impact on employee wellbeing and productivity.”
